What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you sign up, enter a game, donate or buy something.
- Your approximate location, only for games limited to certain states, to check you're allowed to play.
- Payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We see the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Basic technical information, like your browser type, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To run the fundraisers and games you take part in, and send receipts, results and sign-in codes.
- To prevent fraud and follow the law.
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
- The organization running the fundraiser you take part in, so they can run it, contact you and deliver prizes.
- Companies that help us run FundRally: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (text messages) and our email provider.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP. Some records, like payment records, have to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
Children
FundRally's games are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
