What FundRally is

FundRally is an online tool that charities, schools, teams and other organizations use to run fundraisers: shop sales, donations, football squares, Derby and bracket pools, golf outings, cornhole tournaments and similar games. Each fundraiser is run by the organization that set it up, not by FundRally.

Organizations running fundraisers

  • You must be authorized to act for the organization you set up.
  • You are responsible for following the laws and permits that apply to your fundraiser and games where you and your players are, including any raffle or gaming rules.
  • You set the prizes, deliver them, and handle any disputes with your players.
  • For games where players pay you directly, FundRally never collects, holds or pays out that money.

Players and donors

  • You must be at least 18 to enter a game.
  • Some games are only open to people in certain states, and may ask for your location to check this.
  • Questions about prizes, refunds or game results go to the organization running the fundraiser.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and go to the organization running the fundraiser. FundRally may charge a fee, shown before you pay. We never see or store your full card number.

Things you can't do

  • Use FundRally for anything illegal or fraudulent.
  • Pretend to be someone else or an organization you don't represent.
  • Interfere with the site or try to get at other people's information.

We can suspend accounts or fundraisers that break these terms.

Our responsibility

FundRally is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we aren't responsible for how organizations run their fundraisers or for losses beyond what the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
